Mr. Murti previously served as a Partner at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2014. Prior to becoming Partner, he served as Managing Director from 2003 to 2006 and as Vice President from 1999 to 2003. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Murti worked as a sell-side equity research analyst covering the energy sector. He was co-director of equity research for the Americas from 2011 to 2014. 

Previously, Mr. Murti held equity analyst positions at JP Morgan Investment Management from 1995 to 1999 and at Petrie Parkman from 1992 to 1995. 

Mr. Murti serves on the board of directors of ConocoPhillips & Liberty Energy Inc.

Mr. Glanville has contributed significantly to industry organizations. He is a former board member of the Enserva Association (formerly the Petroleum Services Association of Canada) and a past director of Enserva’s Stars and Spurs Gala supporting STARS Air Ambulance.

Mr. Currie is a graduate of Pepperdine University and holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he was awarded the Zellner Award for his dissertation on the geographic extent of the US petroleum market.

Mr. Fagan has more than 40 years of experience in the Canadian energy industry, building and monetizing exploration and production companies.

He co-founded Strath Resources in January 2017, which later merged into Strathcona Resources, initially acquiring the Kakwa Montney for $280 million and with production growing from approximately 5,000 boe/d to over 40,000 boe/d. Those assets were subsequently divested to ARC Resources in 2025 for just under $1.7 billion.

Previously, Mr. Fagan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Energy Ltd., a Natural Gas Partners-backed producer where he led the company's transition from conventional development into the liquids-rich Montney and assembled the Kakwa land position.

Mr. Fagan joined Addison Energy Inc. in 1999 as part of the leadership team, becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 2003, as the company grew to more than 11,000 boe/d through development and more than 50 acquisitions prior to its sale to NAL Oil & Gas Trust in 2005.

He founded his first company, Sequoia Exploration, in 1996, after spending the early years of his career at Imperial Oil and Consumers' Gas.

Mr. Fagan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Outside of energy, Mr. Fagan is a documentary photographer (Steve Fagan Photography) and founder of the Fagan Foundation, which supports education initiatives in Nepal's Tsum Valley.

Pat Daniel served as President & CEO of Enbridge Inc. from 2001 to 2012, leading the company through a transformative decade in which its market value grew roughly fourfold - from approximately $7 billion to $30 billion - while delivering an average annual shareholder return near 16%. 

His career began at Occidental Petrochemicals before he returned to Alberta to join Hudson's Bay Oil and Gas, followed by Home Oil and Interprovincial Pipeline - the company that would become Enbridge - where he rose through planning, systems, and business development roles over nearly three decades before being named CEO. 

Pat led Enbridge through the Line 6B pipeline incident near Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2010, personally relocating to Michigan for months to oversee the response, and championed the Northern Gateway pipeline project in pursuit of Canadian crude access to Asian markets. 

Since retiring from Enbridge in 2012, Pat has served as Chairman of Cenovus Energy and held board positions with CIBC and Capital Power. 

He is an avid hiker and fly fisherman, and divides his time between family, travel, and the outdoors. 

A chemical engineer by training, Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Cody began his profession in 1993 as an Analyst for the Leveraged Finance Group of CS First Boston where he worked with financial buyers in areas of acquisition and divestiture, high-yield bonds, IPOs and re-financings. 

In 1995 Cody joined, New York-based private equity firm, EXOR America as an Associate. He was responsible for evaluating and analyzing market trends, currency forecasts and private equity investment opportunities. Having established a solid reputation for excellence in financing, structuring, and deal execution, Cody returned home to Calgary, Alberta and co-founded TriWest Capital Partners in 1997. 

As Senior Managing Director, he provided critical leadership for the overall development of the firm, served on over 20 portfolio company Boards and was instrumental in establishing the largest general buyout fund in Western Canada with five funds and over $1.25 billion in equity capital raised. 

Having assisted in growing TriWest into one of Canada’s leading private equity groups, Cody retired from the firm in 2018 to form Clear North Capital where he could directly focus his efforts on creating value through operational excellence for lower mid-market private Canadian companies.

Dr. Cannon’s work has been recognized with many national and international honours including the Johannes Kepler Award from the U.S. Institute of Navigation, an NSERC Steacie Award and the Gold Medal Award from Engineers Canada. 

Dr. Cannon is a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Canadian Academy of Engineering as well as an elected foreign associate of the US National Academy of Engineering. She served as co-chair of the Business-Higher Education Roundtable, is a past chair of Universities Canada, and was a member of the federal Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development’s Science, Technology and Innovation Council (STIC). 

Dr. Cannon is currently a member of numerous boards and advisory councils, and is a seed-stage investor, particularly in female-founded companies. In 1998, Dr. Cannon was selected as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and in 2006 was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network. Mr. Simmons has extensive experience in petroleum geology and a proven track record of discovering oil and gas in Western Canada and internationally. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. 

Prior to joining Hemisphere, Mr. Simmons was a Geologist at Sebring Energy, private oil and gas company, and before that he spent five years with EnCana (now Ovintiv) working on various projects in southeast Alberta and Ecuador. 

Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from Queen's University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Stockwell Day was successfully elected nine times over 25 years at two levels of government and in two separate provinces. From 1986 to 2000, he served in the Alberta Legislature as Government House Leader, Minister of Labour, Minister of Social Services and Minister of Finance. 

In 2000 Stockwell Day won the leadership of the Canadian Alliance and became Leader of Canada’s Official Opposition. In the general election that followed soon after, the Canadian Alliance increased the number of Official Opposition seats in the House of Commons and increased its popular vote by over a million people. 

In 2002, he was appointed Foreign Affairs critic, as well as Chair of the Subcommittee on Human Rights. In 2003 the Canadian Alliance and the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada merged to become the Conservative Party of Canada. Upon his re-election in 2008, he was appointed Minister of International Trade, Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway and Chair of the Cabinet Committee on Afghanistan. In 2010 Stockwell Day was appointed President of the Treasury Board. He did not seek re-election in the 2011 general election. 

He operates a consulting agency, Stockwell Day Connex Ltd., serving clients and organizations globally in the private and public domain. He is a regular media commentator and speaker, known nationally and internationally.
