In this episode, we go deep into what it really looks like to acknowledge and take responsibility for our own darkness during the spiritual and transformational journey. This is the bravest part of the spiritual journey, and has everything to do with leadership & being a Worldchanger, because if you really want to create change outside yourself, it must first start with you.

We all must start with seeing our own blindspots, and rooting out the stuff inside of ourselves that is not pretty to see or easy to admit is there. Darkness also just means, areas where there is not yet light.

As our awareness shifts and our consciousness rises, we are able to see things from a different viewpoint. True strength is then seeing and being with the things you did when you couldn't see situations from as high up-- then doing the work to acknowledge and take responsibility & ownership for it,
in order to fully shift out of those old patterns for good. This episode really focuses on facing it, and what it looks like when you are right in the middle of all of the "seeing".

During this episode, we discuss what it looks like to continue to commit to the spiritual journey, even after what feels like a million setbacks & challenges. We also discuss the brave choice to let go of suffering and own the fact that you are a Worldchanger. (leading with the "light" instead of leading by magnifying our stories, suffering, or darkness)

This is a very fierce coaching clip that came down as part of a 1:1 container with a private client. The clip is a couple of months old- and this client is now in a completely different place, and is leading with absolute FIRE, and fully accepting her role as a Worldchanger and leader of the new paradigm. She's amazing.
