Unbeknownst to Toni, Harold had obtained life insurance policies on his wife totaling millions of dollars. In 1995, 17 years prior to that event, Harold’s previous wife Lynn, also died a suspicious death by being crushed to death underneath their vehicle while her husband was changing a tire.  Harold Henthorn was arrested and charged with Toni’s murder on November 6, 2014.
