Normalizing and Expediting the Death Penalty Sentencing and Executions of those Obviously Guilty of the Acts of Murder and Personal Assault

 The American Public is way past fed-up with the dysfunctional Judicial Legal Complex (JLC).  Herein, we will only look into one of their public failures. Legal industry’s Court system that causes unnecessary civil pain, and promotes social and economic unrest for fun and profit.  At the same time, it has not controlled or even significantly reduced either murder and assault rates in our neighborhoods. They are all but functionally useless in preventing crime. Thus, the criminals are winning.  

Historically, criminals will alter or even stop their illegal activities only when the cost of committing a given crime is higher than the risks, they are willing to take.   

Our civil society now Demands real rules and true near-term punishment to back them up in certain cases.  

·         We the People, have had enough of the Judicial Legal Complex (JLC) dragging out trials and delaying final verdicts.   

·         Once convicted in a standard court trail and found guilty on absolutely Obvious evidence, the criminal will receive the DP sentence.  The jury only confirms guilt in SHOG Rule cases.    

·         That criminal’s execution will be carried out within 90-days after sentencing. 

·         Federal law will override any and all State laws now prohibiting the use of the DP.  

·         The Federal government will be responsible for promptly carrying out the sentence.  

That’s it folks!  The Keep It Simple Stupid or KISS Method of problem-solving. 

Note:  Let me bluntly point out that the majority of the Democratic Party are Moderates. We will stop being intimidated and silenced by the loud, screaming, extreme Progressives.  Amen.   

Human Numbers

On average 44 Americans are killed every day.  That is 16,060 per year.  Police say that in well over 50% of cases they know who the murderer is.  So, for the sake of this exercise, let's say 8,000 people would then earn the Death Penalty.  

In today's reality however, in 2022, 18 murderers were executed.   In 2023, 24 murderers were executed.  In 2023, only 21 murderers were even sentenced.     

Thus, the Judicial Legal Complex is certainly making those that run jails and prisons for profit, a steady fortune from the taxpayers!!

I hope you find this to be prudent and practical Judicial Reform.  Tell everyone about it, Please help make this happens!!

With regard to my Maryland 2024 US Senate campaign, the expected public response to this proposal will demonstrate that an unknown candidate running for office can accomplish something for the voters even before being elected! This is only the first such problem solution I will be presenting for the voters to consider.    

It also demonstrates that I am offering solutions that serve our citizens in ALL 50 STATES!    

Purpose: To significantly and immediately reduce the known negatives effects of personal cell phone usage in the classrooms of the American public school system.  

This program is also highly recommended for all church and private schools to seriously consider implementing.  Community colleges and 4-year colleges and universities could consider this approach.  It might actually help reduce their first-year drop-out rates! 

The bottom line is that cell phones do not belong in public school classrooms.  They have and are causing far more damage to student development and the basic learning process than we can allow to continue.

I would like to share with you how I feel about this political message on “beginning” to confront and actually resolve our Common Problems.  I will share a moment when I was making a final edit pass on the American Reformation.  Frankly, upon reading the first line, I simply broke down.  

This is so much to consider, folks. Truly, so much good could result from this effort.  Just be a bit thankful that you aren’t the one that had to research, develop, and then write these 11,836 words!  However, one of us had to stand, make a statement such as this, and offer to lead our necessary social and economic American Reformation.  

To be clear, I do all this for you, an individual American citizen. For you, for those you Love and otherwise care about, and for the other 330,000,000+ of our fellow American men, women, and children – that you and I will never ever meet…

So then, let us see about our nation’s business…

                                                          The Spirit of 1776

To clarify the true need for the Public’s private consideration of these practical proposals, here are the opening words from Thomas Paine’s revolutionary pamphlet, Common Sense (January 1776).  The historic pamphlet that George Washington credited with focusing the English colonists on the need for, as Paine wrote therein, “a declaration of independence”, 

Perhaps the sentiments contained in the following pages, are not YET sufficiently fashionable to procure them general favour; a long habit of not thinking a thing WRONG, gives it a superficial appearance of being RIGHT, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. The crisis at the southern border extends to every state. As a result of your policies which incentivize illegal immigration, our states are carrying the burden of both the years-long surge in illegal border crossings and cartels’ coordinated trafficking of drugs and human beings. States are on the front lines, working around-the-clock responding to the effects of this crisis: shelters are full, food pantries empty, law enforcement strained, and aid workers exhausted. As governors, we call on you to provide honest, accurate, detailed information on where the migrants admitted at the southern border are being relocated in the United States, in addition to comprehensive data on asylum claim timelines and qualification rates, and successful deportations. We ask for
 this information immediately, but also regularly as the crisis at the southern border continues.

The US Census 2000 versus 2020 Population by Racial Breakouts

In Part 1, we reviewed the immigration crisis and it state-level damage it is causing our nation. To put an exclamation mark on it, the following statistics are from the US Census for 2000 and 2020.  I found it surprising the first time I saw these numbers.  Those of us that are and are not concerned about “white replacement” issues, need to look at this as objectively as possible. 

Over those 20 years the:  

·         White American population increased only,  1.3 million; under 1% increase.  

·         Black American population increased,           7.9 million, a 22% increase.

·         Asian American population increased,           9.4 million; a 93% increase. 

·         Hispanic American population increased, 23.8 million; a 64% increase.  

·         Total American population increased,            43.0 million; a 15% increase. 

That means 55% of the US population increase over those 20 years was from excessive Hispanic immigration. 

Further, for some years, the Federal government publicly acknowledges an estimated ten (10) million Illegal Occupants (IOs) – the undocumented are just walking free in our borders. A more recent stat noted that number could now be 15.5 million. There is no control, like no control – right?   

It should be noted that in the year 2000, there were already one (1) million more Hispanic citizens than Black citizens.  But thanks to no border security and horrific Chain migration abuses, by 2020 there were seventeen (17) milli

Implementation of the prudent and practical Solution to this Pricing problem will not cost the State or Federal government a nickel.  However, it will bring millions of dollars immediately back into their respective Treasury.  And best of all, the vast majority of Americans will support, if not demand this fair and corrective action be taken! 

I have addressed the letter to you two gentlemen in particular because you are the leaders of the National Governors Association (NGA).  This national Crisis has fallen on the 50 State Governors to provide leadership for their states and for the nation. And both of you are leading by professional example and the People is appreciative. I know that I am.  

This very timely budget saving proposal is presented by a concerned resident of the Great State of Maryland that was born in Washington, DC.  It has been reviewed with numerous citizens in recent weeks and is seen as a desirable proposal that will help terribly stretched State and Federal budgets in 2020 and 2021.

 a.     It will begin on Wednesday April 1st.The following 60-days will allow three (3) full 20-day cycles to elapse with anyone practicing S/D to the best of their ability.   

b.     The Mitigation Event will then end on Saturday May 30th.  New cases by the end of May are expected to be at a minimum and we will be working some remaining Hot Spots around the nation.  

c.     By May 15th we will have an informed idea of what our flexibilities and constraints are.  We will adjust our plan accordingly and make certain that it focuses on the health and economic stability of our People.

I hereby challenge our Press to ask  financial experts Jim Cramer and Maria Bartiromo for their opinions on this timetable. It is predictable short-term pain that will do the most to free the Main Street economy.  Wall Street should grudgingly approve of this aggressive solution.  

To be clear, Business and National and State leadership must fully grasp the Public’s Bottom Line with clearing Covid-19 from all 50 States:  

Parents will never decide to send their children to school

 when there is an active death-threat to their well-being.  

And frankly my dear, Parents don’t give a dam about the 

DOW Jones Industrial Average when making that decision!!!

It is the Truth.  Our two greatest threats to civilization are World Over-population and Sea Level Rise. The bottom line… Unchecked over-population will wipe-out humanity due to exhausting natural resources.  Sea Level Rise will make more and more areas unavailable for living spaces and/or farming.   

We need to cap the World population at about 7.8 Billion people.  Then practically drop it down to 7.0 Billion or less.  It would have a direct and positive impact on slowing Sea Level Rise. Frankly, because there would be far fewer of us "carbon units". Think about it. The sooner we begin, then the easier it will all be to do.  This will cause a great debate!

In brief, it is the year 2020!  Civilization my Fellow Earthlings does not seem to me, to be advancing lately.  Partially to blame for the on-going killings and carnage are the "traditionally" fanatical portions of several of the World's major faiths, preach/teach hatred. 

I will state this unspoken, yet Common Truth right here and anywhere else.  And, speaking for at least 99% of the world population,

You are all ridiculous.  We will work thru the UN to bring this most hostile region in the World to a grand public reconciliation.  They will make Peace and do it NOW."

This proposal addresses the issue of whether or not convicted felons (potentially guilty of some serious crimes) should regain the right to vote in Federal elections.  In talking with those very against this – they say these can be convicted murders and do not deserve such a right.  I do see their position.  

 My thoughts are any felon that is in prison cannot vote.  However, once someone has served their court assigned sentence and completed any follow-up probationary period.  They should regain the Federal vote. 

 The problem is that the Court System does not use the Death Penalty nearly as often as it should. That will change with my Obvious Guilt Law (OGL).  Under the OGL, the El Paso Walmart shooter would get one (1) trail; be convicted of pre-meditated murder on hard evidence; no plea bargaining; no insanity plea; and receive the Death Penalty ninety (90) days later. Period.

This is a long-standing political “hot button”.  It is an issue where the line between the desired Separation of Church and State has become blurred.  Since the administration of President Ronald Reagan, the Republican Party has deliberately catered to the “church people” for votes and donations.  Supreme Court seats are the reason why so many of those church people held their nose and voted for Trump in 2016. I don’t believe so many of them will want to hold their nose again in 2020.  Time will tell! 

To resolve this agonizing social issue a practical Amendment to the Constitution is recommended.  In brief, abortion services will be legal and available “everywhere”, but only during the First Trimester.  In both the Second and Third Trimester, it will only be available should the Mother’s life be at risk or if there is a clear medical issue with the viability of the fetus.  The Mother would then make the final decision.  Period!

The US Population and related immigration control issues have become far worse since 2008 when I first this proposal in my book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2).  

We must and will control who is allowed to be in our nation.

This "crime fighting" proposal touches on several hard crime issues.  One (1) part of this aggressive proposal is called, The Obvious Guilt Law (OGL).  The prime example of this Reform of the Criminal Justice System is as follows.  

• The shooter that attacked the Walmart in El Paso, Texas and killed 22 innocent people and also wounded at least that number.  
• Under the OGL, the shooter would receive one (1) standard court trail.  
• The shooter will be convicted on "absolute and clear evidence".  
• There is no question of guilt. No plea-bargaining and no insanity plea (we know he or she is crazy in these situations).  
• The only verdict will be "guilty". 
• The only sentence will be the Death Penalty that will be administered just ninety (90) days later.  At least 9 out of 10 people I have spoken with about this law would vote for it.  
• And there are a few other free-will premeditated crimes on "the list" funder the OGL Reform.

Again, the Podcast provides a clear overview of this aggressive problem-solving proposal.  

A few key points for consideration:  

·      It will replace Voluntary military service that has been the system since the original Draft was ended in the mid-1970s. It never should have been ended in the first place.  

·      This reinstatement of “the Draft” will include both men and women at the age of 18 or 19, generally post-high school graduation.  This is well over 3-million young Americans per year.  

·      It is a 2-year commitment.  They will get about six (6) months of standard military training and then some 18 months that could involve various public works projects, e.g., build schools, build roads, build housing.  

·      The renewed Military Draft will be the vehicle America utilizes as we “finally” begin to plan and work on the eventual involuntary residential relocation of some 50 to 60 million (or more) of our citizens over the remainder of this century!  

·      This will be an interesting debate. The Draft will prove to be the answer for many of our national problems.

This is a simple national reality check.  Let it never be said that I won’t go near sensitive issues. This one you only near about on your Local news.  

For better or worse, this is an example of an Industry that regular citizens demand legal access to.  This cannot be legislated away.  

Thus, like most of the rest of the world the US should make Prostitution a legal Small Business.  This will free-up the much of the budget of such police and court related services; allowing those resources to be moved to other service areas.    

It will better protect those involved in the Industry.  Finally, although it certainly no answer to the rape problem in our country, but as they, if this legalization keeps even one (1) rape from happening it is more than worth the giant step in to reality.

For far too long, many corporations and individuals are making too much money via the existing “primarily For-profit” American Health Care Insurance Industry.  When I wrote the book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2) in 2008, I discussed the rationale for the involuntary restructuring of several key American industries.  Those are Big Industries that for good or bad, Americans need as part of their day-to-day living; which are Health Care Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Tobacco, Oil/Energy Industries, and Defense (the MIC – Military Industrial Complex).

It is a practical approach to lessening the financial hardships that putting a student through higher education causes.  This “admittedly aggressive” proposal directly confronts the out-of-control cost of higher education. All costs!  

The rather hard negotiation with “4-year” programs, will begin with a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in Annual Tuition.  And it will be very difficult to make that Adjustment any lower. 

The Administrators of nation’s Colleges and Universities – both public and private – will be instructed to decrease their Annual Tuition by the legislated percentage. Such institutions will consider reductions in program areas such as athletics, as opposed to pure education. The alumni can be called upon to cover the funding short-fall in their favorite areas such as athletics! 

Higher education costs will be controlled for the Common Good.  

A potential Tuition Reduction percentage for the nation’s Community colleges will also be reviewed.  It could also be reduced and/or stabilized in some practical manner.

I have what I believe is a practical approach to lessening the personal financial hardships that the related debt burden is putting people and households across our nation.   

The Banks will be “instructed” by the Federal government and “yours truly” to automatically reset all existing loans. That reset will reduce the student’s existing monthly loan payment by fifty-percent (50%).  And extend the debt term as long into the fuyutre as necessary.  

This will not be difficult for the Banks to do.  I know this because I was in the IT Industry for 30-odd and I know how fast such modifications can be accomplished.  This will not be voluntary on the Bank’s part.  There it is…

Thus, it is time for National Rent Control (NRC), to initially be modeled after the New York City program.  

All Americans will have access to decent, affordable, and safe housing. Period. 

This would include reductions in monthly residential rent or lease amounts, as well as, mobile/modular home lot fees.  And could include commercial lease amounts, as well.
 
 Homes will no longer be the financial growth investment they were in decades past.
