We discuss his own experiences in school in the 50's and 60's, his time in an open-model classroom, and decisions about education from a parent's perspective. We also dug in to his roles as both a teacher and administrator--and what he thinks they each get wrong about the other--as well as the "Blue Sky" theory that became the namesake for this podcast.
