Most careers happen by default. You take the next role because it's the next role, and one day someone asks why and you don't have an answer.

Climb On is about the other way of doing it. Each episode is a conversation about a decision that mattered — leaving something good, walking away from money, changing direction late, or figuring out what you're actually for.

Host Gunjan Sethi (G) spent twenty years in tech at Microsoft, VMware, and Armada, and coaches on the side. She was laid off in 2014 with no idea what she was good at. She's spent the decade since learning how to choose on purpose.

New episodes weekly. Guests include coaches, founders, authors, and women who changed direction when staying would have been easier.
