It explores Scripture, theology, philosophy, and the practices of discipleship with one central question: What if following The Way is less about believing the right things and more about learning to see reality, and subsequently live, like Jesus did?

But what if salvation is not about relocation?

In this episode of Into the Wilderness, we explore the much bigger biblical vision of salvation — not simply escaping somewhere else after we die, but healing, restoration, liberation, and participation in the life of God beginning here and now.

Jesus didn’t come merely to tell us where we go when we die. He came announcing the Kingdom of God — and inviting us into a new kind of life.

Many of us have inherited an image of God shaped by religious traditions, cultural assumptions, and interpretations of Scripture. But when we encounter Jesus, we find a God who looks remarkably different from what we might have expected.

In this episode of Into the Wilderness, we explore the tension between the God we've been taught to believe in and the God revealed in the life, teachings, and person of Jesus.

If Jesus is the fullest revelation of God, then he isn't simply another piece of the theological puzzle. He's the lens through which everything else must be understood.

What comes to mind when you hear the word God? A distant ruler? A supernatural being somewhere beyond the universe? Or something far more fundamental to reality itself?

Our understanding of God is often shaped by images and assumptions we've inherited without ever questioning them. But what if those images are preventing us from seeing what the word actually points toward?

Before we can begin talking about God, perhaps we need to reconsider what we mean by the word itself.

Into the Wilderness is an exploration of reality, faith, and what it means to become fully human.
