I’m Jane Doe. I’m 62, menopausal, married, a mother—and navigating a chapter of life nobody really prepares you for. Aging. Marriage. Sex. Friendships. Family. Changing bodies. Caregiving. Loss. Reinvention. And all the ridiculous, painful, funny, wonderful shit in between.

This isn’t a podcast about aging gracefully. It’s about aging honestly.

Some weeks we’ll laugh. Some weeks we’ll get pissed off. Some weeks we may cry. But we’re going to talk about the things women our age are actually thinking—and don’t always say out loud.
