But what if these symptoms aren&apos;t just &quot;food sensitivities&quot;? But rather, signals of something deeper?</p><p><br/></p><p>In this episode, we dive into the gut-immune connection and why understanding the relationship between your gut, immune system, hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition and environment can completely change the way you approach your health.</p><p><br/></p><p>Personally, I reached a point in my late 30s where my body seemed to start reacting to almost everything. From severe bloating, skin reactions, inflammation, food sensitivities and significant weight gain, I learned FAST that simply eliminating foods wasn&apos;t addressing what was happening underneath the hood - at all.</p><p><br/></p><p>The bigger question for me became: &quot;WHY is the body reacting this way?&quot;</p><p><br/></p><p>This episode explores the idea of looking at the body as an interconnected ecosystem and addressing the underlying “terrain.” You&apos;ll learn why gut health and immune function are so closely connected, what can contribute to gut dysfunction and why stress, blood sugar, sleep, lifestyle, environmental exposure, HISTORY and midlife hormonal changes can all be part of the bigger picture.</p><p><br/></p><p>Most importantly, this episode offers a different perspective for women who feel like their bodies have suddenly become unpredictable. Remember - the goal isn&apos;t to simply manage symptoms.
