We talk through what the Bible actually promises and why the Christian hope is bigger than “my soul goes somewhere nice when I die.” Along the way, we clear up a major misconception: believers are not destined to float around forever as disembodied spirits. Being with Christ after death is real and comforting, but it’s not the finish line.

We dig into the difference between the intermediate state and the new heavens and new earth, then trace the Bible’s emphasis on resurrection.
