Built In Real Time is a podcast about getting better out loud. Jesse and Jason are two friends, two Marine vets, and two respiratory therapists who got tired of waiting for the right time to start, so we just started.

We talk about the real stuff. Leadership, fear, faith, being a father, staying disciplined, and actually growing. Not from the top looking down, but from right in the middle of it, still figuring it out like everybody else. Jesse works the ER and ICU and builds on the side. Jason is out there starting his own painting business from the ground up. Same fight, different lanes, both of us building something real while the tape rolls.

This is the new frontier. Walking into the unknown on purpose, getting uncomfortable, and becoming the men, fathers, and leaders we are supposed to be. No script. No filter. Just the work.

Pull up a seat. Let's build.
