Not at each other. Not past each other. With each other. And with you.


Every topic is a different door into the same question: What does this tell us about being human?


Liz and Betsy hold a wealth of life experience between them. Decades on commercial radio, motherhood, a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, thirty years of advising high net worth clients and managing their assets, a serious love affair with Broadway shows, an obsession with news and what makes the world tick. 


And oh yes, they do root for different major league baseball teams, but that small detail has never come between them.


They come from the same city. They ended up in different lives. They agree on almost everything that matters and cheerfully disagree on the rest. Both Bostonians by birth, Liz remains in Massachusetts. Betsy is in New York City. She moved there in 1990, thought she would try it out for a year. That year turned into 36.


The show covers everything money, culture, world events, mental health, sports, politics, Broadway, and whatever landed in their inbox from listeners this week. No topic is too big. No question is too small. No fool will be suffered.


But everyone - everyone - is welcome at the table.


Broadly speaking, that's the whole idea.
