We started Integration Ready because the gap was obvious.

On one side: incredible new AI capability arriving every quarter. On the other: institutions with real members, real examiners, and real consequences for getting it wrong.

The mainstream "AI consultancy" answer was a deck and a demo. The platform-vendor answer was a license and a Slack channel. Neither survived contact with a credit-union risk committee or a state-agency procurement office.

So we built the partnership we wished existed: operators who understand the institution, engineers who can ship the system, and a methodology designed to win the rooms where AI still has to clear a higher bar.
