    <description><![CDATA[<p>Today we have the lovely Amy from Bakes in Bloom. <br/><br/>Bakes in Bloom is Amy’s cupcake business, in the heart of Rugeley, Staffordshire, specializing in transforming cupcakes into edible flowers.  Over 4 years ago, Amy decided to give herself a break from her job as an Assistant Psychologist. <br/><br/>She didn’t really know what she wanted to do, however, one day she literally had that ‘’lightbulb moment’’.
