Most standard lipid panels don&apos;t include it. Elevated Lp(a) is one of the strongest independent predictors of cardiovascular risk, and the majority of people who have it have never been tested.<br/><br/>Q: What is a coronary CTA and how does it differ from a stress test?<br/>A: A coronary CTA with AI imaging scans directly inside the coronary artery wall and can identify both soft and hard plaque before symptoms appear.
