Why the long silence… and how it might set you free too.

After 5 months of silence, I finally hit record.

No intro music.No polished production.No YouTube video.Just me, a microphone, and an honest conversation about what the Lord has been teaching me in the quiet.

In this deeply personal episode, I’m sharing why I stepped back, what I’ve been wrestling through, and the things God has been gently—but firmly—asking me to remove.

For a long time, I was caught in the cycle of hustling, producing, striving, and constantly creating. Endless content. Endless strategy. Always “on.” Present physically, but not always fully present with the people I love.

And somewhere along the way, the Lord began confronting where I had unknowingly placed pieces of my identity.

Not in Him fully.But in what I could produce.

In Episode 9, I’m opening up about the shifts He’s been walking me through:

✨ Moving from hustle to presence✨ Spending more time in the Word✨ Becoming more intentional with my family✨ Exercising discipline in new ways✨ Auditing relationships and releasing misalignment✨ Relearning identity outside of productivity✨ What coaching has looked like in this season

This episode isn’t just about me.

My prayer is that as you listen, you exhale.

That maybe you’ll begin asking yourself where your identity has quietly attached itself to performance, productivity, ministry, business, motherhood, or proving.
