In this episode, I’m reflecting on some of the toughest seasons of my life and how they helped produce the woman I am today. From having a baby to returning to college and eventually walking across that stage to graduate, I’m sharing pieces of my journey that remind me that pressure doesn’t always mean you’re breaking. Sometimes, you’re becoming.

It’s Libra seasonnnn, Q4 is here, fall has officially entered the chat, and… I’m the birthday! 

In Episode 3, I’m celebrating another trip around the sun while checking in on a few things: the StairMaster Challenge recap (because baby, I’m we did it!), stepping into the final quarter of the year, and reflecting on where I am, where I’ve been, and what’s still ahead.

Then we’re getting personal.

I asked some of my closest family members and friends a few questions about me and now I have to guess who said what. The catch? You get to know me through the lens of the people who know me best. Their answers might confirm what I already think about myself… or expose me a little
