Ten people dead in Wichita and Park City, Kansas. All within a few miles of each other, all approached the same way, all by the same hand. He went quiet for thirteen years. Then in 2004 he came back, sending nineteen communications in under twelve months, more than he had managed in the previous decade combined. He wanted to be known. He needed it. And in the end, a single floppy disk told police everything they needed.

This is Case 001.
