Through the Fog Together is a real-life, no-filter podcast about navigating peri-menopause and menopause while still trying to hold down work, life, and everything else that refuses to slow down just because your hormones have decided to throw a party without your permission.

This isn’t polished advice from a distance. It’s the lived reality of walking into a room and forgetting why, putting the kettle in the fridge, sweating like you’ve run a marathon while sitting still, and questioning whether you’re losing your mind or just in your 40s. All of it spoken honestly, with humour, and in a proper Barnsley accent that doesn’t bother pretending things are anything other than a bit chaotic.

Expect laughter, honesty, and those “I thought it was just me” moments. Some days it’s about surviving it, some days it’s about laughing so you don’t cry, and most days it’s both—while still trying to look like you’ve got it together in meetings and remembering what you went upstairs for in the first place.

It’s not about fixing you or pretending it’s all fine. It’s about getting through it together, one foggy, funny, slightly sweary day at a time—with a Yorkshire voice calling it exactly how it is.
