  <description><![CDATA[<p>What if the most powerful work you could do for yourself happened while you were falling asleep?</p><p><br></p><p><em>Good Morning, Subconscious</em> is a guided meditation podcast designed for the two most receptive moments of your day … the quiet just before sleep, and the stillness just before you rise.&nbsp;</p><p>No busy mind to push through. No willpower required. Just you, your subconscious, and a direct line to the beliefs that have been quietly running your life.</p><p><br></p><p>Each episode combines the science of cardiac coherence with subconscious reprogramming techniques to help you identify, release, and replace the patterns held deepest in your body and mind.&nbsp;</p><p>Episodes come in <em>groups of three</em>, each one building on the last. Moving from, <b>releasing</b> what’s been stored in the body, to <b>tracing</b> it back to its origin, to <b>installing</b> a new identity that your nervous system recognizes as true.</p><p><br></p><p>Topics include <b>money mindset, worthiness, self-worth, receiving, generational patterns, anxiety, and the stories we inherited</b> and never thought to return.</p><p><br></p><p>This podcast is for you if you’re done with surface-level affirmations that don’t stick. If you’ve done the work,&nbsp; read the books, been to the therapy, know the patterns intellectually and you’re ready to change them at the level where they actually live.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Good Morning, Subconscious</em> was created by Stephanie, a certified HeartMath Practitioner specializing in stress, anxiety, and self-regulation, and a certified RTT Practitioner.
