Each roughly 20-minute episode covers the whiskey's history and character, Thom's tasting notes, Patsy's completely unscripted reaction, and a Redemption Round — a cocktail or pairing designed to bring her back from the edge.  It may not work.


Season 1 opens with Maker's Mark and works its way through Woodford Reserve's 2023 Distillery Series Toasted Oak Four Grain release, a 100% rye that bruises on contact, perhaps the most coveted bottle in American bourbon, and a 12-year-old Scotch from a distillery that's been running since 1824.  Will Patsy find any of them manageable?


Whiskey Face is part education, part family experiment, and entirely Patsy's problem.
