In this series called "Worth It," I chat with people about their careers, trajectory, and human spirit, and, more specifically, the struggles, challenges, obstacles, and blessings that made it all “worth it.” Also, and in what ways, one was able to find “success,” even if it may have looked differently than they pictured. I am gearing it towards those early in their professional careers that are needing that extra hope and encouragement, as well as those well into their careers but are searching for something to light the fire again. I feel so many of us want to be a “star” or change the world, or be well known for what they do. None of this is impossible, of course, but if I can do anything to help those who are facing walls, uncertainty, doubt, and the thought of giving up, I most certainly would.
