In this episode of the Aftab Podcast, I share my personal childhood memories and the simple games I used to play growing up in Afghanistan. From hide and seek and running games to hopscotch, shadow play, and playing house—these moments remind us that happiness is often found in the smallest things.

With limited freedom and few playmates, my brother was my only companion, and together we created our own world of imagination and fun.

This episode is a reflection on resilience, innocence, and the beauty of simple childhood moments.
