It provides supportive interaction during difficult moments — whether someone is feeling afraid at night, asking the same question repeatedly, or simply needing reassurance that they are safe.</p><p><br></p><p>But technology alone is not enough. Caregivers often face countless questions about dementia, mental health, and how to respond during challenging situations.</p><p>That is why we created the <b>Caregiver Mental Health Journal / Luka Bear Podcast</b>.</p><p>In this podcast, Luka explores real-life caregiving scenarios and answers many of the questions families face every day — from repetitive questions and nighttime anxiety to emotional distress and loneliness.
