Bex opens up about feeling scared and completely unprepared during her first pregnancy, admitting she didn’t fully process becoming a mum until her baby was finally in her arms. During her second pregnancy, everything changed. She felt stronger, more empowered and passionate about showing other mums the importance of staying active, not just physically, but mentally too.

That passion led to the creation of Baby Bexercise.  A supportive space helping mums rebuild confidence, move their bodies and feel less alone in postpartum. After struggling with loneliness herself as the first of her friends to become a mum, she realised just how important community really is.

Emma’s story is one of unimaginable loss, strength, and resilience. She went into labour at just 24 weeks with her twin boys, and heartbreakingly, one of her babies didn’t make it. His name was Charlie.

In this episode, she opens up about the raw early days of grief, the time spent in NICU, and how she found the strength to keep going through it all. Her journey is deeply moving, and a powerful reminder of just how strong a mother can be.

Emma also shares how, after everything, she later welcomed her beautiful little girl,  a moment filled with so much love, hope, and healing.
