In our previous discussions, we explored how to reshape your circle and assess your relationships. Today, we’re diving into an equally vital topic: Are you becoming the person who attracts the circle you desire?

Many aspire to surround themselves with successful, wise, and purpose-driven individuals, but often overlook the fact that growth is a two-way street — you must also evolve into that person.

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." This highlights that relationships should be mutually enriching.

Take Note 
To draw the right people into your life, focus on becoming:
- disciplined
- trustworthy
- positive
- growth-minded

Healthy circles are built when each individual brings genuine value.

Self Reflection
Take a moment to ask yourself:
- Am I growing personally?
- Do I add value to those around me?
- Do my words uplift or discourage?
Sometimes, the most profound change begins with working on ourselves.

Remember this ,as you cultivate character, wisdom, and purpose, you naturally attract like-minded individuals. Growth breeds growth.

Today, we're discussing how to protect your destiny from the wrong influences.
One of the biggest threats to a person’s future isn’t always external enemies but the wrong voices they allow close to them.
Sometimes, the greatest danger to your destiny is the influence you tolerate every day.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:33:
"Do not be deceived: Bad company corrupts good character."
This scripture reveals a powerful truth:
Influence is contagious.

Just as positive people can inspire you, negative influences can gradually shape your behavior and thinking.

Many people lose sight of their purpose because they are constantly surrounded by:

• negativity
• discouragement
• jealousy
• lack of vision

When you constantly hear negative voices, it becomes harder to maintain faith and direction.
Protecting your destiny means being careful about the voices you allow to influence you.

Ask yourself:

• Who has the strongest influence on my decisions?
• Who shapes the way I see myself and my future?
• Are the voices around me pushing me closer to my purpose or further away?

Your future depends heavily on the voices you listen to each day.

God places people in our lives to strengthen us, guide us, and support our purpose.
Be intentional about surrounding yourself with people who encourage your growth and bolster your faith.

Hello and welcome back to another episode of The Kingdom Growth Podcast.
Today we are going to talk about something very important called “The Circle Audit.”

Many people want to grow in life. They want to grow spiritually, financially, emotionally, and even in their purpose. But one thing they rarely examine is the environment they are growing in.
Growth is not only about effort.
It is also about environment.
This is why 

The Circle Audit has three steps.
Step 1: Identify the Hands Holding the Mirror
Ask yourself a simple question:
Who are the people I interact with the most?
Think about the first 5 to 10 names that come to your mind.
These are the people who form your social environment.
They are the people whose voices, attitudes, and mindsets you hear most often.
And whether you realize it or not, these voices shape the way you see life.

Step 2: Diagnose the Reflection
After identifying those people, ask yourself three important questions.
The Energy Question
After spending time with this person, how do I feel?
Do I feel:

• inspired
• encouraged
• energized

Or do I feel:

• drained
• discouraged
• emotionally heavy?

Some people add life to you, while others slowly drain your strength.

The Mindset Question
What do you usually talk about with this person?
Do your conversations focus on:

• growth
• ideas
• faith
• possibilities

Or do they mostly focus on:

• gossip
• complaints
• problems
• negativity?

Your conversations shape your mindset.

The Integrity Question
When you are with this person, do you become a better version of yourself?
Or do you find yourself compromising your values?
The right people pull you upward.
The wrong people pull you away from your true self.

Step 3: Categorize with Compassion
After answering these questions, you can place people into three categories.

1. Radiators

These are people who:

• inspire you
• strengthen you
• support your growth
• They add energy and light to your life.

      2. Neutrals

• These people are generally stable.
• They don't strongly influence your direction, positively or negatively.
• They are simply part of your environment.

      3. Drains
These are the people who:

• pull you into negativity
• weaken your motivation
• distract you from your purpose
• They drain your emotional and spiritual energy.

Sometimes when we do this audit, we discover something painful.
We may realize that we are surrounded by the wrong influences.
Or sometimes we may even discover that we ourselves are becoming the negative influence in a circle.

True growth requires honesty and courage.
Sometimes we must make difficult decisions in order to protect our future.

our destiny is too important to be shaped by the wrong environment.
Choose relationships that encourage your growth, strengthen your faith, and support your purpose.
Because the truth is simple:
Your circle influences your future.

The truth is this: your relationships can either build your destiny or destroy it.

Many people pray for success, growth, and breakthrough, but they remain surrounded by the wrong people who influence their decisions and direction in life
 Proverbs 13:20:
"He that walks with the wise shall be wise, but a companion of fools shall be destroyed."
This scripture shows us that who you walk with will influence who you become.
If you walk with wise people, wisdom will rub off on you.
But if you surround yourself with foolish people, their decisions and mindset will eventually affect your life.

Your circle determines your direction.
Some people cannot move forward in life because their circle is full of:

• negativity.
• jealousy.
• lack of vision
• discouragement

Instead of pushing them forward, these relationships keep them small.
Sometimes the greatest change you need in your life is not a new opportunity, but a new environment and new relationships.

Practical Wisdom
If you want to grow in life, ask yourself these questions:

• Do the people around me inspire me?
• Do they push me closer to God?
• Do they encourage my purpose?

If the answer is no, then it may be time to change your circle.
This does not mean you hate people.
It simply means you must protect your destiny.

God often connects us with people who will help us grow.
Your destiny relationships will bring wisdom, encouragement, and opportunities into your life.
Be intentional about who you allow close to you.
