I’m 46 years old, working mum of 3 girls,

a wife. I live in the rat race of Sydney. Right now my reality includes navigating menopause, ADHD, chronic insomnia, and financial stress. Like a lot of people, I’m trying to keep up and figure out What’s next?

Family, well there’s always vast stories. I made the difficult decision to distance myself from my older brother, who struggles with alcoholism. My parents still financially support him, and that dynamic has created a lot of emotions and boundaries I’m still learning to navigate.

I don’t have a master plan for where this podcast is going, I just know I’m honest, it’s my reality, I will make you laugh and I’ll prove it takes a lot of knocks to take me out.
