Joe shares how he took his closing percentage from 37 percent to an extraordinary 86 percent within 1 year. He did not get there by relying on charisma or pressure. Then decide if it is correct or not with your own due diligence. Learn to be precise with everything you do. Learn to sacrifice time for your goals. Learn to say no when you know what to do, as opposed to pleasing others because you care what others think. Be considerate to others but put yourself first. You will not be able to help others if you are constantly putting others first. It is time for you to direct your life because life is your film. Go create. I believe in you if nobody else does.
