It was discussed how sports as a whole can be a big stress reliver and a "distraction of everything else" as a college student who is stressing about graduating. The life of a graduating college student essentially. I also discuss how nights out with friends and going to a bar with peers may even be seen as a reward after a long "stressful day". The big theme is that it is important to be able to have a perfect balance between school life, work life, social life, and hobbies in life and putting them all together. It is important to be able to find that perfect middle ground. We found many topics to relate on and I hope you find this as a nice way to be able to sit back, relax, and just listen. Thank you!
