We dig into invisible labor, insider trading, and the cleanest crime scene in television history. Sharona looks pretty cute in her tennis outfit too.

In this episode we’re talking marathons, mind chemistry, and why running might’ve been Monk’s secret weapon all along. There’s a “perfect” alibi, a very suspicious cup of tea, and one absolutely unhinged beach sprint. It’s brains, bodies, and one beautifully askew crime.

This week we’re inside the walls of the Medford Psychiatric Institute, where Monk gets a 48-hour observation hold. The thing is — he might be the sanest person there. We talk about what it actually feels like to strip away the outside noise and just focus on getting better, the paralysis of perfectionism, and why a Santa-obsessed patient named Manny might be the most reliable witness in the building.

This week we’re breaking down Mr. Monk Goes to the Carnival: a ferris wheel murder, a scheme cooked up from inside a jail cell, and Adrian Monk riding the carousel with his arms crossed on the one horse that doesn’t move. We also talk about sensory overload, panic attacks in the happiest place on earth, and what it means to hope for something you probably shouldn’t hope for.

In this episode, Mr Monk Meets Dale the Whale, a morbidly obese crime lord is the only suspect in a judge's murder- who also has the most airtight alibi in the city. We break down the mystery, talk fat suits, and unpack why Dale Beiderbecke might be the darkest mirror the show holds up to Monk himself. 

In this episode, we recap Mr. Monk and the Psychic, where Monk goes head-to-head with a supposed psychic who claims to have found a missing/murdered woman. As Monk and Sharona follow the evidence, they are forced to use both intution and cold hard facts to find the truth. But they find it... Of course they do.
