So I’m starting here.</p><p>In this episode, I open up about my relationship with my ex-husband, the early red flags I struggled to understand at the time, and the subtle patterns that slowly unfolded in our marriage. Looking back, it’s easier to see the dynamics that were playing out. But when you’re living inside the experience, things are rarely that clear.</p><p>I also talk about something that often gets misunderstood about abusive relationships: they are not abusive 100% of the time. Much of the relationship can feel good, loving, and normal, which is exactly what makes the difficult moments so confusing to navigate.</p><p>This episode is the first part of that story.</p><p>More importantly, it’s the beginning of a bigger conversation about intuition, self-trust, and what it looks like to slowly wake up to what your inner voice has been trying to tell you.</p>]]></description>
