The hypocrisy was loud — and it sparked a much bigger conversation for me around <strong>fake news, selective outrage, and who actually gets to define “women in power.”</strong></p><p>But this episode doesn’t stop at politics.</p><p>It segues into a much more personal message — <strong>for women</strong>, especially those feeling overwhelmed, behind, or pressured to “fix everything” at the start of a new year.</p><p>Instead of focusing on New Year’s resolutions, quick fixes, or one-month transformations, I encourage you to:</p><ul><li><p>Give yourself <strong>extra grace and love yourself right where you are</strong></p></li><li><p>Release the pressure to reinvent yourself overnight</p></li><li><p>Shift your focus to <strong>end-of-year goals</strong>, not January perfection</p></li><li><p>Build a <strong>realistic, long-term plan</strong> that honors growth over time</p></li></ul><p>Progress doesn’t happen in 30 days.
