He breaks every copyright law, experiments with different cameras, dubs over everybody's voice, gets banned for life from Universal Studios, fights dogs, stuff his face with slop...it goes on and on. The movie's almost unwatchable, but the more you think about it and the more John talks about it, the more you start to like it.

Some of us enjoy the film and understand it's about choosing connection, even when it hurts. The other is, well, a coward. If you listen closely, you can hear the "fear".  We also discuss the beginning of the end of the ever-so-loved archetype  "manic pixie chick" and the beginning of the "performative brooding male," the cast, Levi cries... ok, no, he doesn't, but wanted to see if anyone actually reads this. 

We interrupt each other, gang up, talk over each other's plot points, and absolutely project our own baggage onto the film, like real friends.  This episode is a heater. Just listen to the damn thing.
