I’m Sharon, and I guide people reclaim peace and reconnect with the sacred—within themselves, and in the life they’re living right now.

A few years ago, I had a life-altering brain injury that left me unable to speak. My prefrontal cortex went offline and I was diagnosed as completely disabled.

I had to completely rewire how I thought, communicated, and lived.

When my voice returned, it came back with a Scottish accent—something called foreign accent syndrome, a rare condition only about 60 people in the world have.

But what came back with that voice was more than sound—it was a calling.

I now offer weekly messages—with humour and heart—that help people slow down, listen deeply, and step into a life ruled by peace, not pressure.

Whether through a podcast, a quiet reflection, or a joy-filled moment with my dog Maisey, I invite people to reconnect with what’s holy and whole in themselves again.

I had to find my voice—and my peace—all over again.
Now I help others do the same.
