    <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this episode we sit down with Port Douglas abstract artist, Jacqueline Joosen, to explore the winding, personal path that shaped her creative life.</p><p>Originally from the Netherlands, Jacqueline shares the story of moving to Australia and building a new life in the tropics. Long before she found her voice in abstract painting, she worked as a sculptor and jewellery maker; drawn to texture, form and working with her hands. But in 2020, her arthritis forced her to step away from sculpture and metalwork, pushing her into an unexpected new chapter.</p><p>What began as a necessary pivot became a powerful evolution.
