I call this a variety show, because I do both solo episodes and have guests. I talk about the news, health, music, comedy, movies, history, politics, global issues.  I tend to just do audio when solo, but I do video when I have a guest to help promote them.

It is so diverse and broad, and the gatherings themselves are much akin to regions, with counties, villages, families, indivduals,  because not everyone clicks together. Yet they all assemble at these events for a common purpose, Comedy.

Comedy can mean different things for different people, some are there to network, some to scout talent, some to practice their sets, others to interview people, etc.  If you hang around enough, you will meet at least one person whom you can form a social aquaintance with and possibly collaborate on projects as well.
