A podcast about all things ADHD. Hey, I have ADHD. Oh wait, my bad, let me introduce my self first. My name is Andrew aka Lou Ford and I am neurodivergent. Welcome to my ADHD podcast/channel: Hamster Wheel Radio, where the wheel is turning, but the Hamster might be dead, maybe. This is a podcast meant to discuss, and bring to light all the stuff about ADHD that I don't believe we are talking about. Things like feeling like a disappointment no matter what, frustration intolerance, and emotional deregulation.

The idea that you're too much but not enough. The loneliness that comes with the stigma of not being understood.

I decided to start this podcast to further understand why my brain functions the way it does. If you want to understand ADHD, neurodivergence, yourself or your neurodivergence loved one then join me on this journey. I have ADHD by the way. Did I mention that?
