Jesus speaks to the poor in spirit, those who mourn, themeek, the hungry, the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers, and the persecuted. These are not descriptions of insignificant people. They reveal people whom the Kingdom recognizes in places the world often overlooks.

The Beatitudes remind us that suffering is not something toromanticize—and trauma is never the prerequisite for blessing. Yet what attempted to diminish your voice does not have authority to determine your destiny.

Your bruise is not your biography.

Your breaking is not your burial.

And survival does not have to be the final destination.
