Basically everyone deals with back pain at some point and it can be very frustrating. </p><p>We&apos;ve had a lot of success treating low back pain so today we&apos;ll talk about how to deal with it. We&apos;ll start with general recommendations and give you some background about low back pain. Then we&apos;ll get into a case study that will put everything in context and show you these ideas in action with a real patient. </p><p>There are a lot of myths out there about back pain so we hope this episode helps clear some things up and makes you a smarter and more resilient athlete. </p><p>Here are some resources mentioned in the episode. She has studied under Tari Prinster (Y4C) to help people in their recovery of cancer.  She began the study of a new modality, Integrated Positional Technique, to help people live pain free, with top notch neuromuscular therapist (NMT) Lee Albert. Stephanie, after 2 1/2 years of training and clinicals, is one of nine from the first graduating group of students  with a level 4 certification. Her newest certification is in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra (R). She studied this with its creator, Jennifer Reis. Stephanie also offers IPT sessions, Thai Massage, Group and Individual Private Sessions. Ever since she was a little girl she participated in sports. Skiing, tennis, running were her first go to’s. As she got older she migrated to the gym and spinning.</p><p>Then from there she made her way over to CROSSFIT and the rest is history.
