In this episode, we continue to delve into the purpose of our physical body and how to keep it in optimal condition most of the time. Episode 5 focused on the things we ingest and store in our bodies and episode 6 focuses on the stress and trauma we store that keeps our bodies from being in optimal condition. We will discuss the impacts of stored trauma on the body and brain and I will give some suggestions for releasing stored trauma and then healing the trauma wound so our bodies can get back to optimal condition and welcome the soul back into the body.
