He also opens up about waiting 10+ years to start, the young man who walked up to him in a parking lot asking for mentorship — who he ended up hiring and who still works alongside him today — and how his hobby exploring AI led to a Facebook reel that hit over 1 million views.

We also dig into his perspective on AI — why he believes it's "just a tool," how he encourages his own kids to learn it, and the question every worker should be asking themselves right now.

Jesus Arellano grew up in South Central LA before his family came to Oregon looking for something steadier. Wrestling is what turned things around for him. It gave him discipline and taught him to keep showing up, and those are the same things he leans on now in real estate.

Today Jesus helps families across the Willamette Valley, including Woodburn, Hubbard, and Gervais, buy and sell homes. He works with first-time buyers, gets them through pre-approval, and stays with them all the way to the keys. He's a Realtor with Real Broker, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA). He works in both English and Spanish.

In this episode we get into why his family left LA, what Woodburn gave him, and what he wishes every first-time buyer knew before they start looking.
