There has been much talk about doing something about it and that's good, but we also have a staggering increase in demand for electricity that is coming and if we don't plan for it,  the worst is yet to come. In short, homes will no longer use fossil fuel, but will become completely electric. Heat pumps will heat our homes and water. Induction ovens will be used to cook our food and EV chargers will charge our electric cars. So, we not only need a much better grid, we need the help of solar power to produce electricity at home to supplement the grid. Tune in, to hear the whole story.

You could not have known a more committed meat eater than me. I loved it, but I gave it up because it's killing us. Raising cattle requires too many resources and involves too much waste, putting a terrible strain on the environment. Most of it is also bad for our health and we would be far better off eating a lot more vegetables. Tune for one former meat eater's version of giving up beef and liking it.
