My Audio Journal is an honest and unconventional guide to being a well-rounded human. Born from the reality that adulthood comes with no manual, the podcast explores the often-unspoken complexities of modern life through a lens that goes beyond what’s typically expected from a voice rooted in media and fashion. Each episode creates space for curiosity, reflection, and conversation around themes like career, relationships, money, identity, and sport. At its heart, My Audio Journal is personal, evolving, and unrestricted — because meaningful conversations can happen anywhere, at any time. New episodes every Thursday.
