Yesterday, we named our weariness and invited Jesus into the places we carry too much. Today, we slow down a little more—unlearning misconceptions and reframing what Sabbath really is.

For many of us, Sabbath can feel heavy, legalistic, or simply out of reach. We might think it’s a perfect day we can’t have, a quiet we can’t achieve, or a spiritual ideal meant for someone else. But Jesus gently redefines it: Sabbath was made for you—not to test your devotion, but to restore your soul.

In this episode, we explore Jesus’ invitation to Sabbath rest, release the pressure of striving, and begin to experience rest as a gift rather than a goal.

My prayer is that by the end of this episode, you feel gently reminded that your rest matters, your heart is known, and Jesus invites you into His yoke—easy, light, and life-giving.
