My guest today is Natalie Wideman. She is an Olympian and bronze medalist, and a coach, speaker, and entrepreneur. Natalie and her team brought a bronze medal home from the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. They have won many other medals, including a bronze medal from the Women's World Cup in 2024 and a gold medal from the PanAm Games in 2015. They are working towards LA 2028.

Natalie recently founded a company called Unedited Self Co. Her belief and commitment to being her authentic self go without saying.
