Janet shares her approach to technology adoption through the “curse of knowledge,” emphasizing meeting people where they are, creating awareness and reasons to care before teaching, and using storytelling to keep audiences engaged. She discusses challenges women face in male-dominated tech, urging women to ask uncomfortable questions, build confidence tactics for speaking up, and improve negotiation. 

Janet also details her ongoing UK-wide facial palsy advocacy, the realities of living with pain and limited treatment access, and her goal to drive cultural change and consistent enablement for AI adoption over the next decade.
