Tracy’s early years were adventurous and fearless, filled with world travel, scuba diving, and living life to the fullest - until a diving accident at 22 became her first spiritual awakening. Later, a personal encounter with skin cancer and a profound near-death experience during the birth of her first daughter grounded her into the physical world and reshaped her understanding of life.
