Dr. Ed Clark, Educator is a Technology Executive and Student Advocate. He is currently Chief Information Officer for the California State University system – the largest university system in the United States, spanning 23 campuses, 50K+ staff and nearly half a million students. At the beginning of 2025, CSU and OpenAI partnered to launch the largest deployment of AI in higher education, integrating AI across both its curriculum and operations. Ed's unconventional journey starts from English literature to technology leadership and becoming an award-winning CIO leading massive digital transformations. He's passionate about debunking myths around online education, arguing that truly effective online learning requires deep student engagement, not just "putting PowerPoint online." It is worth highlighting that Ed maintains a dual role - leading systemwide technology strategy while actively teaching at CSU Fullerton.

Professor Sherman Young is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) and Vice-President at RMIT University, where he steers the entire student journey from enrolment to graduation for more than 91K students. A multimedia entrepreneur, turned scholar and now higher education change agent, Sherman has spent the past two decades in universities, exploring how technology reshapes culture. Sherman is a sought-after voice on AI’s impact on universities, for example, delivering keynotes at Adobe’s EduMAX conference and the ATN National Symposium on GenAI Graduate Skills and Employability, where he challenged educators to embed AI fluency into every program. Last year, when many institutions were debating whether to ban AI or not, RMIT instead embraced it. Sally Browner is an educator, business leader and education change maker. She was recently appointed Director of Digital at the Future Skills Organisation, working on Australia's national digital skills agenda, to bridge the massive digital skills gap. Sally's no stranger to big and ambitious undertakings, before this she helped to establish the groundbreaking NSW Institute of Applied Technology Digital, a 108M investment by the State Government to create an entirely new form of Australian tertiary institution - one that brings together Higher and Vocational Education, working closely with industry to train the workforce in digital skills critical for our economic growth. Sally's impact as an education business leader saw her recognised as a Finalist in the prestigious Telstra Business Women of the Year awards 2018/19 - Medium/Large Business. But the part of her career that I want to spotlight was her 10 years as a high school teacher. I think there are few occupations more impactful than being an Educator!

As CEO of the Future Skills Organisation, one of the Federal Government’s Jobs and Skills Councils focused on Vocational Education, he is fast tracking innovative training solutions to support the Finance, Technology and Business sectors. Patrick served in the UK and Australian military for 30 years, before retiring from the Australian Army 10 years ago as Brigadier. He then entered the world of consulting, joining Deloitte and helped deliver the Invictus Games in Sydney in 2018 as CEO.
