Example Winning the league, getting promotion. Be the best coach in the world.  <br/><br/><b>Performance goal </b>- These goals are the what success looks like of the outcome goal. Measurable where possible or clarity in if you do it or not. <br/>Player: 15 crosses into finishing areas <br/>Coach: 10 specific prompt/ instruction to identified players based on their ILP&apos;s <br/><br/><b>Process goal </b>- What are the daily actions or tasks that you need to focus on that help you achieve the performance goal. <br/>Player: Watch footage of my event.
