the next unsuspecting victim. Carole Herman, founder and president of Foundation
Aiding The Elderly sounds the alarm! We are all expendable whether we have a large
bank account or 25 cents in our pocket! Don’t think you are safe.
Carole Herman founded Foundation Aiding the Elderly in 1985 to advocate for the
elderly because she witnessed crimes against the elderly with her Aunt Matilda. Her
aunt was in a nursing home and died from the neglect. This began Carole’s advocacy to
speak out against nursing homes, hospitals, hospice and any other agency responsible
to provide safety and care for the elderly. Her non-profit agency serves all of the United
States.
The website is 4FATE.ORG and they report abuse and neglect violations to the proper
authorities; initiate action to improve the care and supervision of the elderly and follow
up to ensure corrective actions were actually taken. Carole knows the regulations that
are put in place to protect people from harm and is not afraid to insist they are followed.
She has worked hundreds of cases against people being put into guardianship and
speaks openly about several cases. Often, the guardianship continues until the victim
runs out of money and then hospice comes in and finishes them off. And if the person
doesn’t have any assets or a hefty bank account, they are still at risk of the state putting
them in a facility where they do not receive adequate care and are then disposed of.

A deadly betrayal with the COVID protocol that was forced on so many people for years
almost took Gail’s life. She was told from day one that she was going to die, and this
mantra was repeated daily by the hospitalist and nurses. Gail asked for drugs that she
knew would help her, but all were denied. She was even blackmailed into taking a dose
of Remdesivir just to be able to receive sacraments from her priest!
This happened in December 2021 which was after President Trump had signed a bill for
“right to try” in May 2018 giving terminally ill patients the right to try experimental
treatments and hadn’t they told Gail she was going to die and the drugs she requested
were approved drugs. The hospital staff had other plans and their arrogance would have
cost Gail her life

In the mix are numerous attorneys who obtained retainers and then withdrew from the case just before court.

Even with a massive collection of legal documents as evidence, the Florida state Attorney General refuses to act on the criminal activity taking place. 

What is happening in this case and in hundreds of other cases in Florida, is the practice of human trafficking for profit.

California advocate Linda Kincaid and Florida advocate Beverly Newman will discuss the rights of wards and conservatees.  They will present specific regulations in California, North Carolina, and Florida.  Similar regulations likely exist for all states.  This discussion will give direction to victims wishing to file complaints concerning violations of civil and personal rights.

The View From Montana joins TS Radio this evening!

The Commissioners have seized my property and will sell it in the near future. The message to other citizens of this County is that your protests will be met with similar litigation.

I challenged the GTL Zoning Regulations in the District Court. Rather than the County Attorney, the Commissioners hired two outside law firms to litigate the case. The Commissioners Answer to the Complaint acknowledged that there was no petition and that the Zoning Regulations were adopted consistent with provisions of the County Zoning Act. The Commissioners Counterclaim accused  me of being a “vexatious litigant”.

After fifteen months, District Court Judge Larson, held that the Commissioners had adopted the zoning regulations consistent with the County Zoning Act, that I was a “vexatious litigant” and that I would be required to pay the Commissioners legal fees, $16,200.

I filed with the Supreme Court a Notice of Intent to Appeal the District Court’s Order. While awaiting the transcripts, the Commissioners seized my land at Georgetown Lake and will be selling the land at a Sheriff’s sale, November 27, 2012.

The Constitution provides the people the right to seek redress of grievances in the Courts without excess delay or costs. Montana statutes provide that decisions of the County Commissioners may be appealed to the District Court. The voters of Granite County chose not to be guided by the provisions of the County Zoning Act. Despite all these factors the Commissioners chose to litigate the Complaint. Because I could not afford an attorney, I filed the Complaint as a pro se litigant.

It is in their interest to litigate against public protesters and apparently there is no limit to the extent that they will go to silence public protest.

A recent article on PPJ titled, What Americans Need to Know About Death Squads, written by James Roger Brown, opened the eyes of many people.  Brown laid out in plain English the police state being assembled right before our eyes with "we the people" as  the intended recipients.

Model death squad prohibition legislation

In 2006, Vietnam era veteran Gary Harvey sustained a traumatic brain injury from a fall down the stairs in his home.  The injury left Gary in a semi-vegetative state, requiring assistance with all activities of daily living.   Gary’s wife Sara wishes to bring Gary home and care for him.  Sara has the necessary training and equipment in her home to provide the care Gary needs.

Rather than allow Gary the best quality of life possible and the companionship of family and friends, Chemung County keeps Gary isolated.  Chemung County DSS made numerous unsubstantiated accusations against Sara.  As a result, the court gave guardianship to DSS.  Chemung County DSS rapidly depleted Gary’s assets and denies what simple joys he might still enjoy.  Gary’s days are spent alone in a hospital bed, isolated behind a closed door.

Shortly before Chemung County exhausted Gary’s assets, St, Joseph’s Hospital Ethics Committee recommended terminating Gary’s life.  Chemung County DSS petitioned the court to remove Gary’s feeding tube and allow him to starve to death.  Sara went to the media, and Gary’s life was spared.

With Gary’s assets depleted, St. Joseph’s Hospital now bills Sara’s private medical insurance.  In 2011, the bill was over $900K.  Sara believes that if she objects or cancels the insurance, Gary’s life will again be in danger.

ABC 7 News I-Team exposed the Santa Clara County Public Guardian abusing conservatees and committing mortgage fraud. 

Co-host Linda Kincaid supported the I-Team investigation.  Linda also gained access to abuse victim Gisela Riordan, who has been isolated for over two years.  Join us for an in depth discussion.

Gisela Riordan was conserved by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian in 2010.  The PG took Gisela from her home, isolated her in a secured facility, and evicted her son from the home they shared.  The PG sold the home to pay for keeping Gisela locked away from her loved ones.  She is not allowed visitors, phone calls, or mail.

Lillie Scalia was conserved by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian in 2010.  The PG took Lillie from her home, isolated her in a secured facility, and evicted her brother and niece from the home they shared.  The PG took a reverse mortgage on the vacant home, a blatant act of mortgage fraud.  Two years later, the home still sits vacant. 

The PG pays $60/month to store Lillie’s possessions in a warehouse.  After a year of isolation, Lillie is now permitted limited scheduled and supervised visitation with specified family members.  She is not allowed any other visitors.

Danielle Murphy is a mildly autistic disabled adult.  She lived with her aunt, Nancy Vallone, in Arizona.  Nancy provided the best of care and medical treatment for Danielle. 

After Danielle was diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome, Nancy moved to Ohio so Danielle could receive treatment from a top clinic in Cincinnati.  Shortly after the move, the Ohio's Advocacy and Protective Services Agency (APSI) took control of Danielle's case.  They placed Danielle in a group home where she has been physically and sexually abused. 

APSI denies Danielle the treatment that Nancy moved to Ohio to receive.  Worst of all, APSI isolates Danielle from receiving any visitors, including her Aunt Nancy.

Illinois resident Delores Bedin has inoperable pancreatic cancer.  The hospital wants to send her home.  They also want her to have a  guardian even though her daughter is putting an addition on her home to accomodate her mother. Her daughter also has power of attorney.

Incompetent: Delores was described as incompetent in Winnebago County Court by employees of Northwestern Memmorial Hospital.  They claimed Delores should be discharged under the control of a public guardian.  Hospital records indicate that Delores was NOT incompetent.

“The most terrible, terrible things could happen to you under guardianship court. Your elderly parent could be removed from their home and put into a nursing home where they don't want to be, they could be drugged in that nursing home, sometimes unnecessarily. Their property could be seized," says Annie McKenna, Spokeswoman for the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse.

Illinois resident Delores Bedin has inoperable pancreatic cancer.  The hospital wants to send her home.  They also want her to have a  guardian even though her daughter is putting an addition on her home to accomodate her mother. Her daughter also has power of attorney. 

Incompetent: Delores was described as incompetent in Winnebago County Court by employees of Northwestern Memmorial Hospital.  They claimed Delores should be discharged under the control of a public guardian.  Hospital records indicate that Delores was NOT incompetent.

“The most terrible, terrible things could happen to you under guardianship court. Your elderly parent could be removed from their home and put into a nursing home where they don't want to be, they could be drugged in that nursing home, sometimes unnecessarily. Their property could be seized," says Annie McKenna, Spokeswoman for the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse.

Dorothy Wilson died of loneliness and despair after being put under a guardianship and isolated by a predator guardian.  Once inside Bristal Assisted Living, Dororthy's estate was billed $53,000 for one month.  Then on to Meadowbrook where she was isolated from family and friends. Next came Maria Regina Nursing home after Dorothy had an unnecessary surgery.

During these events, Dorothy Wilson's home was mortgaged, her personal possessions given away to those who cooperated with the predator, her car included.  Abuse was documented, as well as the failure of the predator to provide required financial reporting documentation to the probate court.

All of this was reported to the New York State Judicial Commission, a commission which did absolutely nothing to protect the life of Dorothy Wilson.

Presently there are only 11 Herd Management Areas for burros with viable herds of 100 members or more in the United States. Even 100 is a marginal number for viability, which means that the burros are nearly completely gone, and with them goes a powerful symbol of our pioneering spirit. With them, goes a huge piece of who we are as Americans. These amazing animals are vilified unfairly and without scientific evidence as destroying habitat, when in fact they are an integral part of the habitat because they evolved in North America which is where they originated. And, they are also proven, through DNA, to be the species equus asinus a species which is listed with CITES as being globally critically endangered. The American people spoke loudly and clearly that they wanted the American burro to remain on the lands where they were found, when the 1971 Free Roaming Wild Horse and Burro Act was passed. And, they recently spoke loudly and clearly that they don't want them shot or eradicated, when 111,000 people signed the petition penned by our own Karen Van Atta co-founder of Wild Burro Protection League.

Despite the outcry, despite the protests, marches and pleas to politicians the body count rises, and the holding pens are filling up. Where's the logic? Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has shot hundreds of burros in their park, and eye witnesses have stated that they are still shooting them. Why? They belong to the people and they are woven into the culture and history of the people who live there. In essence, this is blatant disregard for the values, that the locals of the bordering towns around Big Bend Ranch State Park, hold dear.

President of Wild Horse Freedom Federation, R.T. Linda Kincaid updates us on the condition of Gisela Riordan who is still being held isolation in violation of California laws prohibiting isolation of the elderly.

Gisela Riordan, 84, is wrongfully imprisoned and unlawfully isolated at Villa Fontana, a residential care facility at 5555 Prospect Road in San Jose.  408-255-5555  For over two years, Gisela has been denied her right to visitation and phone calls.  Convicted felons are guaranteed the right to visit with friends and family.  Those felons are allowed phone calls and mail.  But Gisela, who has committed no crime, is denied those basic comforts.  Gisela faces each day believing she has been forgotten and abandoned.

When I briefly gained access to Gisela in April 2012, she told me she prays every night for God to take her.  She was painfully lonely, sobbing and clutching my arm, begging me not to forget her.  Gisela made me promise to come see her again.  Villa Fontana has prevented my keeping that promise.

Jerry Tillett joins us again to dicuss the filing of an IBLA against the Bureau of Land (mis)Management.  While the courts fiddle, our wild horse herds are being unlawfully obliterated. 

Jerry will also speak about the malfeasance of public officials and agencies and the cooperation of the courts to cover up or dismiss the acts against the public committed by public officials.

Jerri Tillett joins us from Wyoming along with Nikki Spotted Eagle, and Cathy Bryarly, to discuss the malfeasance of the Bureau of Land (mis)Management (BLM) and the deceptive practices used by the agency in favor of invested stakeholders in the BLM.  All three women have worked tirelessly to expose the deceptive practices of the BLM in their area.

Jerri Tillett and Nikki Spoted Eagle have spent more than twenty years documenting the harm done by the BLM especially to the wild horse herds in Wyoming.  This has culminated in the filing in the US District Court in Billings, Montana a case attempting to halt any further eradication of the wild horse herds in that area. Filing as a pro se,  her case is docketed as CB-12-87-BLG-RFC/ Billings District. 

Cathy Bryarly has concluded a three year investigation into the BLM and has documented numerous instances of deceptive practices and lack of accountability within the BLM in her area.

At issue here is the lack of accountability by a federal agency.  Numerous lawsuits against the BLM highlight the lack of transparency, malfeasance and the continued deceptions used against the public and in the courts to implement unlawful plans by the agency. 

Gary Jacobucci joins us this morning to discuss his recent discovery that local emmergency planning does not include food, shelter or water preparations.  Instead these training and planning sessions are focused only on HAZMAT and tactical plans for controlling the public.

Mike Dubrasich has been a practicing professional forester in Oregon since 1975. For the last 31 years he has been a private consulting forester specializing in forest biometrics.

Mr. Dubrasich has organized three different consulting firms and served as Oregon Chapter Chair of the Assoc of Consulting Foresters of America. He is author of "A Guide to Innovative Tree Farming in the Pacific Northwest." Linda Kincaid joins the show to talk of two cases of elder abuse in California, one involving her mother. 

Bio

Linda Kincaid has a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley. She has been an occupational safety consultant in Silicon Valley since 1990. Linda became an elder advocate after her mother (Carol Hahn) was abducted in 2010, then imprisoned and isolated from loved ones for 15 months. Linda’s mom is now allowed visitors, but an abusive conservator still denies needed medical care.

Since 2010, Linda has learned that elder abuse of the type experienced by her mom is alarmingly common. As well as advocating for her mom, Linda is also advocating for a San Jose victim of a very similar situation. The Santa Clara Public Guardian has isolated Gisela (Giselle) Riordan for over two years. As of today, Gisela is not allowed visitors, phone calls, or mail.

Linda will discuss the parallels between these two cases. Linda’s mom is the victim of an abusive private conservator. Gisela is a victim of an abusive public guardian. In each case, a residential care facility for the elderly is enforcing unlawful isolation ordered by the abusive conservator.

As time allows, Linda will also address probate laws in California that give the Public Guardian unconstitutional power over conservatees and establish a financial conflict of interest.

Liz Bowen joins us today to discuss her ongoing efforts to roll back federal activity that has destroyed the economy and livlihood of Siskiyou County, California.

Cassandra Anderson returns to update us on the ongoing efforts by Dow Chemical to begin the use of Dioxin (the main ingredient in Agent Orange) on selected crops.

Dioxin once introduced into the human body,  remains in the  body for generations: in many cases, being passed on from the exposed parent to the child. 

The use of dioxin resistent seeds will expose humans and animals alike to the dangerous affects of dioxin poisoning.  Dioxin will also kill off any surrounding vegetation for generations.  What regrows after exposure to dioxin is seen in the former jungles of Viet nam.  Viet Nam is also an example of the generational damage from Agent Orange.

Sara Harvey returns to TS Radio to discuss the ongoing abuse of her husband Gary Harvey, as the result of a home accident 5 years ago.  Gary has been held as a virtual prisoner while the hospital, attorneys, judges and predatory guardian avail them selves of more than 950,000 per year in bloated hospital and doctor charges.  In addition, they have seized all of Gary's Social Security checks and his VA pension. 

The hospital via its attorney's and the probate court, all of which are linked by the same law firm, have fought Sara Harvey and prevented her from obtaining a second opinion for her husband or from transporting him to another facility where he might recieve better care and an unbiased medical opinion on his current state of health.

Liz Bowen is president of Scott Valley Protect Our Water a grass roots group that organized after a Protest against the California Department of Fish and Game in May of 2010. The Fish and Game had came up with a NEW Permit, which would charge landowners to open their small headgates to their ditches in order to obtain their legal water right allotment.

Farmers and ranchers in Siskiyou County, at the top of the State of California, did not believe they needed the new Permit to get their irrigation water and so planned a Protest in downtown Etna, which is two blocks long. Population in Etna is about 750.

The thought of a Protest scared off the Fish and Game officials, so the 100 folks that showed up to Protest walked up a few buildings to the Masonic Hall and held their own meeting naming their new group Scott Valley Protect Our Water.

(I had been involved in organizing several Tea Party events in 2009 and 2010, but I was up on the issues and threats, because I was an agricultural reporter for 30 years for local newspapers. I literally wrote the demise of the timber industry throughout the 1990s.)

“I am deeply concerned,” Judge Mckibben stated to Eric Petersen, BLM’s Dept. of Justice legal counsel, “that declarations presented to the Court by the Agency do not address the issue, but simply deny wrong doing.”

Judge McKibben stated that the declaration by the BLM (Defendant) was not what he observed in Leigh's video, as he could see an exhausted animal and the pilot apparently making contact. He said he did not appreciate the “blame the horse” direction of the BLM's (Defendant’s) statements.

McKibben also warned that if the BLM brought a helicopter contractor back to Triple B, as stated in Alan Shepherd’s (BLM) declaration, “this Court will be watching.”

Sharon Kramer is a researcher of how concepts market their way into public health policy.  Last week, Sharon explained how it became a false concept in US public health policy that it was scientifically proven the microbes found in water damaged buildings do not harm human health.  This false concept was marketed into policy by the US Chamber of Commerce, a think-tank and a medical policy writing organization, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).  This was done for the purpose of saving liability for the illnesses, primarily for the insurance industry.

Tonight, Sharon is going to talk about the corruption in the California judicial system at its highest levels that aids this scientific fraud to remain in policy and what several brave California judges are doing to put law and democracy back in the California courts.

The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association spokesperson Norita Taylor will be Ruthie's guest.  Norita will discuss the pilot program started with Mexico in 2007 allowing Mexican trucks free access to US highways.  OOIDA continues to lobby congress to keep the border closed.

I have been called a harraser, an abuser, seen my father threatened if I did not "play by the rules", spent 3 mights in jail, spent more than one of my kids college tuitions asking for those in charge of my father's care to honor the oaths they swore to uphold. What was I thinkin'?

As more of the land is permitted for use other than what was intended, it appears cattle ranching is next on the chopping block as water for herds is diverted to corporate,commercial use. Sara Burns tell us how her Dad, Jack Newsome spent his last few weeks being drugged with morphine and Ativan which ultimately ended his life on May 23, 2020 only 3 days before he would have turned 88! His wife was told she could be with him if he enrolled  in hospice because of COVID but afterwards she was refused and then the drugging began. They used the excuse he was combative which is one of their excuses to start drugging!  The nurses treated it like it was all one big joke, singing "You are my sunshine" and laughing, but it was no laughing matter. He wanted to go home but was not allowed. 

The intent of this show is to warn people of the dangers and the reality of hospice and their term “compassionate care” is a lie in most all cases. It is stealth euthanasia. Just like so many elderly during the COVID 19 time, it is easy to eliminate the elderly and who would question – they were old and outlived their usefulness! Do not be a victim to their cruelty of writing your loved one’s last chapter of their life.

We all deserve better than being murdered. How is it that this is so easily accepted and condoned? You have the right to question doctors decisions, refuse drugs, be a part of “the plan” and/or refuse hospice altogether. Never accept what you are being told without verifying.

Terri wrote the recent articles about Marian Leonard who was medically kidnapped and held in a facility in Alabama where her daughter Nancy Scott was blocked from seeing her. Terri visited Mrs. Leonard several times before the hospice drug cocktail hastened her death on August 24, 2019.

April Donovan's Mother, Twila Apger, was 84 years old and her death was hastened by hospice in Michigan on January 1, 2020. A terrible way to bring in a new year. She had been diagnosed with mild dementia but had a urinary tract infection at the time of hospice takeover.  UTI can mimic signs of dementia and make them worse. She had been on a medication previously which is known to cause Tardic dyskinesia which can cause movements in the face and hands. Despite April telling hospice her Mother was not exhibiting signs of pain, they continued to drug her to death. Twila had all the reasons to live and wanted to live but her life was cut short.  April continues to remember her Mother and warns others of the dangers. 

Unsuspecting people’s life are being shortened by hospice with opioids and antipsychotic drugs resulting in starvation and dehydration leaving behind families who are in shock having witnessed their death and powerless to save them.

Michelle is a former hospice Respiratory Therapist who saw what was happening in hospice and chose her patients over hospice bottom line. She authored the book Killing for Profit - The Dark Side of hospice to share what goes on behind the closed doors. Promises made but not kept. The enticement to enroll and the fact that nurses and staff have quotas and how some get kick backs. It's all part of putting the monetary benefit of the business over the patient.

This program was pre-recorded and is very beneficial for those who are just finding out that hospice is not what it was meant to be when created in 1967. It is a dark road traveled by many who do not share Dame Cicely Saunders compassion for the Actively Dying patient to Minimize pain. Today they drug a patient into a one size fits all toxic medications, taking their life away from them.
